Frequently asked questions
- How does working with MyTalentBridge work?
- After your staff request we get in touch with you, discuss your exact needs and qualifications and answer any open questions. Next we advertise the request internally and get back to you very promptly so you can finalise your staff planning.
- In the final step you receive all the necessary documents, such as the temporary staffing agreement, individual assignment contracts and clearance certificates where required.
- What does temporary staffing (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) mean?
- Under temporary staffing we (the lender) provide our employees (temporary workers) to the hirer (the client). The temporary worker is employed and insured through us, and payroll also runs through the lender. Temporary staffing is designed to support you during staff shortages and short-term order peaks. It requires a licence, and we hold an unlimited temporary staffing licence.
- What is the maximum assignment period?
- The maximum assignment period defines how long a particular temporary worker may be assigned to one hirer. By law it is generally 18 months. To allow suitable solutions in the various industries, collective agreements of the client's industry may set different rules.
- What is the difference between temporary staffing and recruitment?
- With temporary staffing the worker is employed temporarily by the lending company, and the assignment ends at a defined point in time. With recruitment we place the candidate directly with the client company, and the employment contract is concluded with the client.
